i have accidentally changed my admin acount to device admin and now i cant do anything.

I have accidentally changed my admin account to device admin and now i cant do anything. Every time i try to do something which would require me to authorise it as an admin, it askes me to enter my account and password. this wouldn't normally be an issue but there is no place for me to enter these details. any help would be appreciated. (Also i have tried making my icon size small, no change.)
