I have a windows surface pro 9 and receive BitLocker Recover Key which I enter and it is in a loop how can this be fixed?

I have Surface pro 9 and received the BitLocker Recovery Key message. I have enter my key and still receive the same message. Seems like it is in a loop. What can I do to fix this?
