I have a windows 10 desktop pc that uses a wireless mouse, a wireless keyboard and a receiver. I also have my own wireless router, a tp-link router. Somehow, my internet access shuts down which then makes my wireless router and keyboard useless and unresponsive. I have changed the batteries in my wireless mouse and keyboard and that did not help. I shut everything down - the modem, the wifi router, and my desktop windows 10 pc. I wait awhile, then reboot everythign.
