I have a Redragon k629cgo-pro-m keyboard that doesn't recognize the software for it but recognizes another keyboard model's software with a different

So basically my current keyboard, the Redragon Phantom Pro M K629CGO doesn't recognize its software when I install it and says "Device not connected" But when I open the software for my previous keyboard I had, the Redragon Pollux k629 Pro it recognizes it as my current physical keyboard. The issue is that my previous keyboard was a 75% and my current one is 75% as well but has a completely different layout. So my keys now are remaped to fit a Redragon Pollux k628 pro and not my current keyboard the Redragon Phantom Pro M k629CGO. I tried uninstalling my drivers, reinstalling them. I tried rei
