i have a raider ge78 hx 14v and my camera stopped working

it disappeared from the device list and i now have a unknown usb device device descriptor request failed and i have tried checking for updates unintalling and reinstalling the device and the automatic troubleshooter for camera when i go into settings on my laptop and go to camera it says no device found but its a built in camera.
