I have a problem with vcruntime140.dll vcruntime140_1.dll msvcp140.dll and sometimes with qt5

[Windows 11]

Basically an error message pops up whenever I try to open the ea app or sims 4 . I know that ea is a separate thing but when I open the xbox app (which does open succesfully ) the same error comes saying that qt5gui/core/network.dll and mscpv140.dll has a problem .Opening the game or the ea app gives the vcruntime and msvcp error. I tried downloading and installing a bunch of vc redist thingies , I tried running a sfc scan in cmd , NOTHING works . The error messages have been popping up for a long time now in xbox , they just didnt affect me until I realized that ea wont open . I also read s
