I have a problem with my laptop keyboard

Hi, i own an ACER Laptop for 4 years now, it works perfectly and everything works just fine until today, suddenly the whole laptop keyboard doesnt work and function, i tried restarting it and a several ways from google and youtube but nothing worked.I, too tried to uninstall the keyboards from device manager and then restarting the laptop and still didnt work, but I noticed that there is a danger/alert icon besides the keyboard section ( you can see it I added the img) I don’t know what i can do more, please inform me if you have a solution to my problemThank u
