I have a problem with my laptop after the latest windows update.

So I have 2 problems and I need help fixing these. The 1st problem is all videos just keep on buffering despite the fact that my internet connection is fine and the second problem is the audio from my headsets just suddenly gets cut off and my headset has never had these issues before and I didnt drop them or whatever. All these problems occurred after the latest windows update. Can someone help me fix this problem?
