I have a problem with high data usage on WIFI

I have a recent problem with high mobile data usage in my windows 10 laptop. I had this problem earlier but I fixed with YouTube tutorials. I did everything: Background intelligent data transfer(BITS) disable, windows update disable, microsoft update disable, metered connect on. I also stopped the BITS permanently.But the metered connection is keep getting off everytime. After everything, data is still consuming. 1.5 Gigabyte data ends in the morning. ** Help**
