I have a new wifi with wifi6 WPA2/3-Personal and my pc won't connect to it

I recently upgraded my wifi from wifi 4 WPA2-Personal 2.4/5GHz to wifi 6 WPA2/3-Personal 2.4/5GHz and my pc when connected will immediatly block himself showing the bsod with error code DPC Watchdog violation. I'm currently using a hotspot to connect my pc to the internet, I tried changing only to WPA3-Personal and it connects, but when i do 5GHz it doesn't connect at all; so I have to problems here. Should I upgrade to windows 11 or stay on windows 10.
