i have a lot of bugs in my laptop??

Hi, i have a lot of random bugs in my laptop and I checked the hardware but every thing is good and I reseted my pc and it is still have the same problem and every time it freeze I need to do a hard reset Glitches or bugs like(every USB device stop working, screen is on but nothing to see, laptop keyboard doesn't work, laptop is working but there is no respond from my apps) Is there a solution????
