I have a icloud notification that I need to install a media feature pack on my hp windows desktop except when I follow the instructions to download It

I have a hp all in one that was just purchased in October of 2023. I keep receiving this notification sating that I need a media feature pack. I followed the instructions and under where it says my windows settings are suppose to show this it doesn't as an optional or add on feature. Am I missing something?
