I have a headphone but sounds emits both from my cpu and my headphones.

I need help I dont know what I'am doing. I dont know why but I cant insert a picture it doesnt work so ill just dictate my sound settings.For my PLAYBACK I have two options: SPEAKER/HEADPHONE (REALTEK HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO) and LINE (VOICEMOD). For my RECORDING I have four options: JACK MIC (REALTEK HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO) , MICROPHONE (REALTEK HIGH DEFINITOIN AUDIO) , STEREO MIX (REALTEK HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO) and MICROPHONE (VOICEMOD VIRTUAL AUDIO DEVICE).I honestly dont know what I have done to my audio settings please help me anyone.
