I have a folder called NpReg in the windows folder of c drive, which is taking 94 GB of space. Why is it there? Is it safe to remove it?

My windows file is 120 GB, and when I searched why, there were many answers about other folders within it being too large. But in my case others were fine, but this one folder NpReg is taking 94 GB disk space. I could not find any information about that folder and why is it there. Is it safe to delete it?Screenshot:
