I have a Dell Inspiron 3268 that will not run Windows 11. I enjoy using the "Paint 3D" app and "Photos Legacy" applications among other apps my windows 10 OS that came with my computer . I have about 6-7 hundred dollars to spend on a new computer and need something that will allow me to enjoy processing my photos and using it mainly as a media server with great graphics and the latest High def audio.
