I have a customer who paid for Support couldn't use it and received a credit. They need an invoice showing what the credit is for.

Our team has been trying to assist our customer for three weeks trying to get an invoice for a credit that they received. The CIOs credit card is getting ready to be turned off if we can't get him an invoice for the credit. Can you help me?The customer is Great Lakes Water Authority. The CTO used his personal email address. His name is Nigel Adkins.This is urgent and I can't seem to find someone to talk to.
