I have a Alcatel Windows mobile phone 10 and I was wondering if anyone has one?

I'm having a problem trying to get my photos that were backed up to my skydrive cloud and then my one drive app is rooted and I can't see no pictures.... If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.
