I have 1 Question? 1 Problem? 3 Monitors & 1 TV?

I don't know how to properly search with Bing or Google for this issue and anytime I do nothing comes up. I had ZERO issues until I recently started a subscription service with Microsoft 365 & now have more software etc. I have 3 monitors, and 1 TV hooked up to my custom-made PC. The issue is sometimes I could be doing nothing & on my phone & then all a sudden the four screens will do a zoom in then it zooms out mode to be honest it reminds me of a when on a phone or PC will take a screenshot?
