I had this issue while booting up GTA and it may have something to do with a c++ redistributable, what should I do?

I am met with an error code that states "The ordinal 101 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\System32\dxdiagn.dllI have already tried:Redownloading the latest c++ redistributable (2022) x64 versionTutorials, but met with different problems
