I had a Windows 11 Pro license but now Windows 11 Home is activated.

Hello, 2 months ago, while I was using Windows 11 Home, I changed it with a Windows 11 Pro product key and upgraded my system to Windows 11 Pro version. I installed new Windows because I bought a new SSD. Windows 11 Home was installed and automatically activated. But I had a Windows 11 Pro license. How can I upgrade again?
