I got my new computer around 4 days ago and ever since I have ping spikes in games to over 2,000.

This issue has been ongoing for around 2 days and I've been consistently trying to fix this. I did the command (ping -t 8.8.8.8) in command prompt to check my ms and it spikes to around 2000-3000 every 9-13 pings.
