I got locked out of my account and IP has been blocked also

[Microsoft should fix its broken system]

I don't understand why Microsoft acts this cowardely, I created a similar account few days ago and when creating a presentation my account got locked, my very important files that I have been working 4hrs plus, now my IP got blocked also so I cant request Microsoft Support, and then also I tried to recover via this totally useless Microsoft account recovery tool and have been waiting 24hr+Microsoft acting cowardly and stupidly, they should block 127.0.0.1 for once
