I got issues with sample rates resetting every time I startup my pc.

Every time i get on my pc i have to set back my preferred sample rates of all my audio devices from the advanced tab of the speaker properties in the control panel but even if i click apply the next time i start up my pc they reset again.i tried checking and unchecking the tick boxes on "Exclusive Mode" and updating all my drivers but still to no avail.I don't know what to do since and I'm out of ideas, any help would be great.system info:AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D 12-Core Processor 4.40 GHz32.0 GB RAMX870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 ICE
