I got in to restarting to bitlocker without really knowing what it is and I can't even reboot my pc, can I do anything to restart it?

I got grey screen everytime I started my PC up and looked in to a way to fix it. And somehow I am stuck without a recovery key in the Bitlocker Recovery screen and for some reason I can't even reboot the pc, I would like to just get it to start again.
