I got different BSOD error codes and i am not sure what cause these errors.

I randomly got BSOD sometimes since November last year but when I try to access video from my folder, my pc instantly got BSOD almost every time. - IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL- NO_EXCEPTION_HANDLING_SUPPORT- UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP - KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILUREWindows Memory Diagnostic didn't found any problems.System File Checker and /sfc scannow found error and repaired it, but I got BSOD again after turning on pc for a while or accessing my folder.I have latest window update as i re-installed window 10 a few days ago and I updated all CPU drivers with exclamation mark but still got BSOD.
