I got coned in to windows 11 and i got the black screen of death

Today i had a upgrade that screwed up my keyboard and made my computer geting hot windows tech to me to do a factorey rest i did 2 times then o you need a new windows forced windows 11. Then inturned it off the makevit sobyou got to hook it to the net. My computer couldnt log on to the net and was geting hot. Then i started geting pre boot msg fain faloer then it started smokeing when this morning ice cold till windows 11. Long storey short my alienware 4700 computer burnt up over forced upgrades why then the tech guy goes o you get 11 free who the f care it stinks. Bthen he says 5! Months no
