I got an error of "Class not registered" when I turned on my PC. I also can't open windows bar, settings, search bar, etc.

I already tried everything from similar case " Redirecting " but it didn't work even tho sfc /scannow said everything was fine now. After restarting, I still have the same problem. When I tried "Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}" on powershell, It suddenly was giving out error (and spammed it)(can't post the image so here's the discord attachment
