I go to a website frequently, but now when I click the login it just brings me to a blank page. How do I correct this so that I can sign in?

I have tried updating my windows, updating Microsoft Edge, reset to factory settings, tried it in a private browser. Tried Using chrome(still does the same thing there). Works on my phone, just not on Microsoft Edge. There is no error message, the screen is just fully loaded but blank.
