I get massive ping spikes for 15 mins around every hour when using my PC., this comes with some network errors that I fix but they only temporarily

I use TP-LINK AV1000 gigabit powerline as I am unable to get actual Ethernet due to not installing a cable straight from my router yet. This has worked perfectly for a year and it started working poorly last week. The powerline has a “RealtekPCIe GbE Family Controller” adapter.The common errors I get are “ “Ethernet” doesn’t have a valid IP configuration”, “The default gateway is not available”, “DNS isn’t responding”, and “Your computer appears to be correctly configured , but the device or resource(DNS server) isn’t responding”.I tried some fixes on the internet, such as switching DNS se
