UPDATE
And your question is.......................................?

I get an error code when trying to search for updates for my windows 7 pro. Error code 8007000E. I believe I've gone through all the fixes posted on the Microsoft website, all the way through telling me I need to upgrade to windows 10. That is not an option. The upgrade says it fixed most of the problems, but it still gives me the error. I have a design program that will only run on a 32 bit platform. No, checking the compatibility box in the properties box doesn't do it. If it did, all my problems would be solved. The updated design program is $5000.00, and that isn't an option either. Do you have any ideas to help me fix this other than to spend $250 on a platform that won't be supported after January 2020? Unfortunately, when my hard drive died, and I realized my original windows discs were lost, I had to buy off of eBay. The key registered good with Microsoft, but I think the program might have been hacked a little. The first one I bought definitely was. Thank you for your consideration.

James
