I get a pop up that says "Could not connect to Microsoft Outlook: error -2147221164"

I get a pop up that says "Could not connect to Microsoft Outlook: error -2147221164" I do not have Microsoft Outlook installed or connected in the cloud. I am running Windows 10 with McAfee. This is a recent occurence and appears to be random.
