I get a blue screen and when it restarts few minutes after it restarts again with the blue screen

whenever i try to mind my own business suddenly my pc gets a blue screen and restarts and when it restarts just a few minutes pass by it restarts again and it just repeats throughout the day whenever i open it what should i do to fix it?
