I forgot the pin to my laptop

I recently forgot the pin to my laptop, which I need to access. My only option is to reset the pin, but I keep being asked for a code to be sent to my phone, which I changed the number while I was overseas. I can still sign into my account using Microsoft Edge on my Xbox, but can not change anything because the phone number was disconnected. How can I reset the pin without having to use a recovery account form
