I forgot my Hello pin and the "I forgot my pin" options isn't working.

I forget the Hello pin on my laptop and cannot login. I've tried using the "I forgot my pin" option and it gives me the option to have a login code sent to my email. However, I've tried it multiple times and the code never arrives. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, did you find a solution? (My computer uses windows 11)
