I forgot my hello pin and I am unable to log into my Microsoft account onto my laptop

Ok so, basically I made my Microsoft account a while ago and to keep this short I forgot my hello pin I have my account logged into my phone but I'm unable to find any method to reset it, I purchased a Game recently using my account and I was required to use my hello pin, how do I replace my hello pin even after forgetting it and being unable to log into a laptop?
