I feel my user account is corrupted.

So I was clearing out my SSD to improve storage, and in the View Advanced System Settings of Windows 11, I found a user account named 'Account Unknown' which took up space of around 6.5 GB. Naturally, my first move was to delete it. When I restarted my laptop, I found that everything was gone, my files were gone(thankfully they were on OneDrive and I got them back), all of my browser history, gone, I had to sign back into Chrome. All of my Spotify downloads, gone. Most of my apps which were not synced to OneDrive, gone. What can I do to recover my data?MY PC:Windows 11 Home Single Language 23H
