i factory reset my whole pc and now it’s been on a black screen for a while do i just wait or what should i do?

so i factory reset my whole pc and it was on a black screen and i did force restart it this morning and factory reset it again and it’s on the black screen again and been on it for a couple hours now and i don’t know if i should wait or do something different because idk what the issue is
