I ended the windows explorer task by accident and restarted my pc trying to fix it now all i get is Reboot and Select proper boot device, how can i fi

I tried going into the bios and changing the boot service but i only have one, i reset the settings to defaults and nothing, i changed the sata to ssa from hdd and nothing, idk much abt pc’s and im really disappointed it appears that my windows is completely gone over this and idk how i can get it back, ik the way to do it was to search up explorer.exe and that would fix it but i cant get the task manager on the bios or the reboot screen, pls someone tell me what i can do
