I downloaded a software for my mouse, and my mouse isn’t working?

So I was downloading a software for my RedDeagon M601 on this website https://www.redragonzone.com/pages/downloadand when going through the setup, all of a sudden my mouse shuts off and doesn’t turn back on. I restart multiple times yet to no avail. I’ve deleted the software file for no further problems, but it has still been turned off. Everytime I turn on my pc I hear a connection notification, yet it still doesn’t turn on, and plugging it out and in doesn’t work. Since I have no mouse I need instructions with shortcuts, no clicks. If anybody can please help that would be great. If needed I
