Okay so basically, this has a happened a few times in the past few months and it is very annoying. For example, today I was working, nothing too heavy maintenance, jut google and MS word. When suddenly, my screen goes black, then my laptop restarts, but instead of coming to the startup screen to put your password, this came up. I've pressed on all 3 of the things in the picture below but it just brings it back to this menu. Whenever it happens, I just hold down on my power button, so my laptop shuts off, then press it again to turn on my laptop and it goes on to my actual start up screen and s
