I dont know why, but every time I press the key on my keyboard, no matter what the key is it just passes F 11. Could someone please help me with this?

I turned on my computer and when I will try to watch the video, I pressed space to unpause it, and it said that I pressed F 11 on the top then I tried to press other keys, and it said the same thing
