I don't know what to do after updating my BIOS on my motherboard because the key I used wasn't connected to my Microsoft Account.

Hello, so I recently built a new pc and for windows I used an older retail version windows 10 pro key. I deactivated it from the old computer and then installed it onto my new computer. After a couple of days I did a BIOS update on my motherboard and it deactivated my key. I tried using the troubleshooter and pressed the "Changed hardware recently" option, but since the key was not under my Microsoft it doesn't show up. I accepted the free upgrade to Windows 11 hoping it might fix the problem but it didn't. I have the key on hand but I don't know what to do. Please help me.
