I don't know how but suddenly my Lenovo Ideapad 3 screen went blank and after some time I got this popup ( setup notice).

I don't know how but suddenly my Lenovo Ideapad 3 screen went blank and after some time I got this popup ( setup notice) . The same popup keeps coming even after I restart the laptop again and again. Whenever I press the OK button, I am seeing the boot manager directly but no other option is visible there. Please give me an answer to this as soon as possible
