I don't have permission on a folder and I can't change it, bruh I'm the admistrator

Hi, I have this problem from yesterday, I can't in any way use this folder in my HDD. I have a lot of games on it, is my Steamlibrary folder and I can't access it in anyway and I can't even try to get the permission! In the security label I don't have the "classic" things. Please help
