I dont get any notification anymore, when i plugged a sound device on windows 10.

Since the newest from december update from Windows 10, everytime i try connect to my soundbar, it doesnt recognize/connect at all. BUT somehow the soundbar are recognize/connect, if i restart or boot windows 10. The Cable itself is fine and connect with USB and Jack Plug (idk what is called in english, but in german called "Klinkenstecker"). It just somehow sound devices. Another devices like Controller, external SSD are totally fine. I need help for this, because i dont want to restart all the time just for sound device to plug.
