I done the recovery form and it still says not enough information.

I have provided the right information for the recovery form even the card I used for purchases goods on my xbox one. However, when I get the email sent to me for my account recovery it tells me that I do not have enough information provided. How do I not have enough information provided when I gave my xbox name, xbox ID and the card I made purchases with. I would appreciate some help on this matter.
