I do not see Subscribe or UnSubscribe?

[Windows 10]

I received an email from a post I guess I subscribed too. The post was from 2017 and it's not come across the email that I can remember and it's not a post or question that I asked.In the email it states near the bottome 'go to the page to unsubscribe' or a similar wording. When I go to the page/post I do not see the words Subscribe or UnSubscribe. I am signed in. How do I find these options when they are not there. }As always thanks and kudos and Answered when it's there!jep ":-Dx (it's was really difficult to find a category for TOPICS below to fit this question.
