I do not see 'go to store' in the Activation page of my settings, I dont see a windows 10 key in the shop online. Any help?

I changed my MOBO and CPU and didn't realize I had to sync my Windows copy before hand. I do not have my old key and want to buy a new windows 10 key so I can upgrade to windows 11. I do not see 'go to store' in the Activation page of my settings, and I do not see a windows 10 key in the shop online. Any help?
