I do not have any sound.

So,one day my sound stopped working.the problem was with the sound service, it did not work so I changed to local in the register menu of the service, now my pc can detect sound devices but I still don't have sound, I saw a video that states I had to change the registration method (it might say different because I use the dutch windows and I translated that with google translate) to my user account, so I did that but then I get an error code (1069 service did not start because of a registration error) if I try to start it up again. maybe I have this password wrong but I do not know what passwo
