I do not always receive notifications for Outlook

Hello,On Windows 11 Windows 23H2, I am having a sporadic issue with Outlook notifications not appearing. Sometimes, when I get a new email, even though I am at my computer, the notification will not appear.I've noticed it happening more often when I have a lot of unread emails, but other than that there hasn't been a definitive pattern.Here's what I have tried already:1) Ensured Teams is not set to Do Not Disturb2) Uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook3) Checked to make sure Focus Assist isn't on4) Checked Battery saver settings.

outlook file menu is not available so I have no way to select options to make send receive show up. Just upgraded to outlook365 2023
